If you want to log into your Orbi App, you can visit orbilogin.com and enter the main router login credentials. If you want the password for your WiFi network, then you need to login on the router itself. You can do that by pressing the reset button for about 10 seconds and doing it in the setup wizard when the device is upgrading itself.
